Norman honed his wine skills around the globe working - Sommelier for the Four Seasons Hotel group for 6 years, 1 vintage in Oregon, 3 in Burgundy, 4 at Bouchard Finlayson in South Africa, 2 in Central Otago New Zealand, 2 In Santa Barbara, 4 in Prince Edward County .

The wineries future plans are to produce 4000 cases within the next five years, focus on small batches of highest quality . Quality before quantity. The winery produces Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Riesling.
